After successfully investing in UK and overseas property, I set up an international property agency with the ability to connect investors with investments and has expanded my own portfolio into the commercial and residential markets. My insight into the property market helped to instill other investors with confidence, enabling them to build successful portfolios.  My background in IT consultancy gave me the ability to project manage, which is essential in my business.

Having been a corporate employee and having been self employed, I continue to aspire for having a total balance, believing in the wheel of life and having it all. For me it is about It is about quality and not quantity, it is understanding who you are and what you want and being able to stand by that no matter what.

Being self employed I soon realised you wear so many hats and could still be taken away from your creativity and entrepreneurial endeavours, as I could not in my right mind continue to be proficient in all skills necessary especially with all the changes and the economic cycles- as whether you like it or not one’s product or service must have demand. So you are continually sustaining yourself to keep ahead.

So I decided to work even smarter and put a team in place that supported all my non specialist areas of the business and required experts.

Then I met my Strategic Financial Planner who was able compliment my business and assist in the incremental but non core business aspects.

He was able to advise, put past and current affairs in order along with advising on my current decisions. So I am able to move forward efficiently and effective.  Incorporating “what I really wanted” and leaving me to feel comfortable, secure, relieved.

The question I always ask is:

Do we truly have the time; to find an expert with a proven track record, the right deal, carry out the due diligence to the the standard it should be, how much time does this take and then are our findings correct?

Now with this expert in place I am able to take my business and life to the next level with confidence, giving my clients added reassurance.
